French Illusion ships Nationally & Internationally

Provided items are in stock and your payment has been received, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. If an item is out of stock French Illusion will contact you within 24 hours regarding anticipated delivery date. French Illusion will also advise you by e-mail when your order has been dispatched. Deliveries within Australia should arrive within 3 to 10 working days. At times, delays in delivery may occur due to public holidays or some unforeseen circumstance. French Illusion cannot take responsibility for these delays.

All orders are sent by Australia Post and delivered during normal business hours. Deliveries may require signature upon delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to your local post office and a calling card will be left for the customer. French Illusion takes great care when packaging, to ensure all items arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Stock Availability

Although French Illusion endeavours to keep the website up to date and all items in stock, from time to time products may be out of stock due to high demand. Occasionally this may cause delays in delivery. French Illusion will contact you within 24 hours if there are expected delays. Return Policy

If damaged on arrival or in case of the wrong product having been sent (verified against original order), you may return the affected product to French Illusion for exchange or refund within seven days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed and accompanied by its original packaging. In case of wrong product, the item in question must also be in perfect condition. In either case, you are required to enclose the invoice and receipt that accompanied your order with a detailed note attached.

Refunds will be made via your original method of payment.
